We want you to be thrilled with your ManaForge Proxies order. Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since your order was delivered, we are unable to offer a full refund or exchange.
Damaged, Misprinted, or Incorrect Items
Every order is inspected before packing, but if your cards arrive damaged in transit, misprinted, or missing an item from your order, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at manaforgeproxies@gmail.com or through our Contact page with your order number and photos of the issue. We will gladly send a replacement or issue a refund at no extra cost to you.
Returns & Eligibility
To be eligible for a standard return, your items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in their original packaging.
- Custom-commissioned artwork or personalized proxy orders are final sale and cannot be returned unless damaged or defective upon arrival.
- Digital downloads or gift cards (if applicable) are non-refundable.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original method of payment within 5 - 10 business days.
Return Shipping
For standard returns (non-defective items), the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. If we are replacing or refunding a damaged or incorrect order, ManaForge Proxies covers all replacement shipping costs.
